Our Academies are presented by professional leaders in Homeowner Associations, Management companies and Attorneys that specialize in HOA Law.

The HOA Leadership Training Academies introduces participants to the fundamentals of successfully running a Homeowner’s Association.

HOA 101

If you are considering running for your board or would just like more information of what happens on a board, then you need to sign up for this class. The cost of this class is only $10.00 for OHOA members or $20.00 non-members.

Class is from 6-8 PM on TUESDAY, October 22, 2024.

Your instructor will be Chad M. Gallacher who is a shareholder at Maxwell & Morgan, P.C. and oversees the firm's appellate practice and client education services. He has dedicated his practice to advising and representing community associations since 2007. He oversees the Firm's appellate practice and successfully defended an appeal in the case of Laveen Meadows v. Mejia, which resulted in a published decision from the Arizona Court of Appeals in May of 2020. Chad is actively involved with community association trade organizations and served on the Education Committee for AACM (Arizona Association of community Managers) from 2013 to 2020. He routinely teaches classes to community mangers and Board Members. Chad was recently inducted into the College of community Association Lawyers, an elite group of approximately 175 of the top HOA attorneys out of nearly 4,000 that practice HOA law across the nation.

The Advanced HOA Leadership Academy offers board members additional information on creating a more efficient and effective Homeowners’ Association.

The fee for the Advanced HOA Leadership Academy is $15.00 for OHOA members and $25.00 for non-members.
